theJ
By now, some of you have already seen this. I'm not sure this impacts the team much, tbh. They were barely playing him already, and the defense couldn't stop anyone before or after he got hurt. Still, sucks because you know how much potential he has. http://www.espn.com/nfl/story/_/id/25108725/bengals-de-carl-lawson-season-torn-acl
Johnny Nix
Sucks. Hopefully we add a linebacker
TheVillain112
He was still getting good pressure even if the sack numbers weren't there. Now QBs will have all day to throw and look like Fitzpatrick did against us...

And QB's already had a ton of time to throw, if they want it. But the fact is that they don't need it. You can have any sort of route over the middle of the field you want. Just find the TE or WR lined up with a LB, and there's your 15 yard gainer. Only takes 2 seconds to get the ball out for those routes, and there's no time for the rush to hit home that fast. theJ
I know this is stupid, but someone help me out here. Carl Lawson tore his ACL during the game on Sunday. Presumably while he was on the field. Yet, everywhere i look, the snap counts don't have him playing a single snap. ??? https://www.cincyjungle.com/2018/10/29/18037870/bengals-snap-count-takeaways-vs-bucs-young-players-emerge-victory https://bengalswire.usatoday.com/2018/10/29/bengals-snap-counts-buccaneers-week-8-injuries/ ??? DreamKid
Feel for you guys. The injury aside, the Ravens have a similar situation with Tim Williams. He's a great pass rusher that generates pressure after pressure but for some reason gets very little snaps. Even found this article from PFF highlighting the two when they were dominating in college- https://www.profootballfocus.com/news/college-football-bracket-cfb-player-carl-lawson-vs-tim-williams

JaguarCrazy2832
How has he looked for you guys so far? He was one of my wife's favorite players at Auburn.

He’s one of those guys where the stats don’t tell the whole story. He got a lot of pressures just could get the sacks. Quarterbacks have been getting the call out super quick against us
