Question on the MiLB roster.  Is it going to be the same concept as far as if a player has played a MLB game they can't be on the MiLB roster or is it if they are currently in MiLB they can be on that roster?

They can be where they are in RL. You have 14 days to call up a player that has been previously called up. If it'sthe first callup ever you can leave them down for the remainder of the season.

Yes, so example @Sllim Pickens Lets say you draft a MILB player and he gets a Sept callup. You don't HAVE to call him up to your MLB roster till the next season if he makes opening day MLB roster. Then you'd have to call them up to your MLB roster, and can only send them back down when they are sent back down.

To add to that example, it isn't limited to a September callup you do NOT HAVE to callup, it goes with any first time callup. So if you draft a Tatis or even Vlad you don't HAVE to call him up that season. It's a bold play but something you can do, even though with top level prospects like that no one will keep their production off their MLB roster.

Also, I know there might be a few that question this rule. It's mainly for middle-teir prospects that might get called up for a cup of coffee, but you might not want to call them up to your MLB roster yet, so we protect you by saying you can withhold their callups till the following season.

Also, if they've played in the MLB before, they are going to be ineligible for the MiLB draft, correct?

Yes. We will be getting rid of all the MLB players. Only MILB and Rookies. Now, some of the rookies won't be able to be drafted in MILB but guys like Eloy Jimenez will of course, that's why we need to include Fantrax "Rookies".

EDIT: Easiest way to see if a "Rookie" is able to be drafted in MLB or MILB, in the draft room, sort by 2018 stats, if they have stats then they are MLB, if they have 0 stats then they are MILB.
