But if it doesn't work with Flacco, you've just destroyed all momentum you had with him at QB, and furthermore you probably just lost the locker room because of that decision as well.

im sure the wrs will be all for having flacco back. Whats john browns stat lines the past 3 games? the rb's will be happy since they know they will get all the runs

how long was the rg3 drive? Was that not the longest of the day in terms of TOP?

Once they realized RG3 wasn't a threat to run and keyed in on the RB, the offense would not have worked a single drive more. The team knew this. That's why they sent back in a banged up Lamar.

well once the ravens play a team that isnt in the bottom 5 in run defense, jackson will need to throw, and I have my doubts he can consistently throw the ball downfield

that's ok because in the end that's what's going to give us the best chance at a SB run, we need playoff flacco in the playoffs. it's going to be hard to keep up with KC and NE with lamar.

Well the idea is that we would try to make it NOT a keep up game. It's not a given that those offenses will get 35 points each week. The Cowboys showed they could shut down THE best offense for a week. Even we didn't let the Saints get that many points. Granted, it be really tough to make a run without a single shootout.

Anyway I think a SB run is getting ahead of ourselves. We are still fighting for our playoff birth. Focus on what is good for THAT first.

We're not going to keep up with either of those teams with Flacco's offense, either. Hard to keep up when you're punting a ton and giving the other team the ball every 4 plays.

Harbaugh and his staff being able to completely switch up his offense and adapt to a rookie QB with a vastly different play style at 4-5 and get us to 7-5 in the thick of the playoff hunt has been a great coaching job. But the Harbaugh haters in here will completely ignore that.
