ET80
Great punter and a really good guy overall. I went fishing with him once as part of a charity event - just a humble dude, funny and really engaging. Enjoyed being around him, just felt like he was one of the guys, not the best P in NFL history. It's a shame he's not going to get in on the first ballot simply because of his position, but he's getting in.

He was always a fan favorite with the Raiders and quite frankly only one of the few players who meant a damn. Not sure if he beats out Ray Guy as the GOAT Punter, but he's definitely up there. Thomas5737
That was a crazy draft year (era) for the Raiders. Lechler was a good pick though. The Browns drafted a punter in the 2nd round in back to back years in the late 70s just to prove I'm not trying to start something.
Leader
"Shane Lechler retires from the NFL having earned $34.8M across 18 seasons....." A seriously good gig if you can get it.

Was me, I'd've written a lengthy post about it, some of which might even have been true. Think I saw you and Shane on that Outdoors show, I'll Kick Your Bass! Who caught the biggest one? Totty
Greatest punter to ever play the game. He had a lot of practice in the bad years with the Raiders. Absolute hall of famer.
Nightmare
For the best part of a decade, one of the few bright spots on year after year of awful Raiders teams. A great punter, probably the GOAT, and by all accounts a genuinely nice guy as well. Hope he enjoys his retirement.

Definitely wasn't me. I probably drank the most beer, however.
