Schobert potentially could be traded?

So it seems like other teams were asking about him, not him being shopped.

Seems like a team would have to give up a crap load to get him because the browns don’t have anything to replace him with. Only thing That would really be worth trading Schobert for would be a pick high enough to get Bush or White but if you have that pick, why not just draft one of those two guys.

There are a couple of teams picking towards the end of the first round who would love Schobert.  If we could get similar compensation that the Seahawks got for Clark, that would be enough for us to use that, and a little more to bump up into the top 15 at least, which could land us one of the top 2 LBs.   However that wouldn't happen until draft night.

Tayne is ready to make another "support" thread for yours when this happens.

There is a 0% chance we could get what the Seahawks got for Frank Clark. There is a 0% chance we could even get half of that.

I wouldn't put it past Dorsey to have someone else in mind as a replacement in the draft and its probably someone we are aren't even talking about. There weren't a lot of people talking about Darius Leonard last year and certainly not as a DROY candidate last year. I personally would love to see how Dorsey will revamp this position given his track record here and in KC.

I'm not emotionally tied to Schobert either so I'm kinda all of it if it happens, if it doesn't that's cool too

Clark isn't even a top 20 4-3 DE.  Schobert is a top 20 ILB.  What makes you think in a draft so apparently weak at LB that Dorsey(after what he has shown so far) couldn't get similar compensation?

Keep in mind, we aren't shopping him.....Teams are calling about him.
