McVay is a good leader and an energetic young man with a good offensive mind as he learned from Gruden and Shanahan but keep in mind McVay inherited. Jarred Goff Todd Gurley Aaron Darnold Brockers Robert Quinn Joyner Ogletree & Barron (who are no longer there) Don't forget, with Kirk Cousins, Gruden beat McVay in LA but then Allen wouldn't re-sign Kirk.
