Technically, They landed a top 10 pick in the last draft with Bush. They have not sucked enough to EARN a top 10 pick since 2000. If they draft a player in the top 10 whether by trade or pure suck-a-tude, it is still drafting a player in the top 10. The talent is vastly different than drafting in the 20's. I totally agree which is why i said "Technically ". Same with the Pats.
