I'm just saying the Head coach is who the players are playing for. If the players aren't prepared right before games, it don't matter what you have for GM or Players. Just read this morning that players had their phones on them in PRACTICE! On the field! That's ridiculous & unacceptable! Let’s face it, the players that left did so because maxing out at 9-7/8-7-1 isn’t enough. None of these players want to be in this environment. The guys that do sign here? You have to ask yourself if they did so because practices are a joke, the coach is soft and the front office don’t care as long as you tote the company line.
