titans0021
Nice of the refs to generously hand Illinois a sympathy touchdown.

They stopped calling offensive penalties for mercy. Straight garbage finish.
RandyMossIsBoss
Just finished watching the game. We need to figure things out fast, not being able to dominate these scrub teams from start to finish is really not a good sign. Illinois is an awful team, only beating them by 3 scores (... not even going to acknowledge their bogus TD drive) at home and needing all 4 quarters to do it is somewhat embarrassing, that's how bad Illinois is. Hornibrook has to stop with these guaranteed mistakes every game. Usually his INTs are from a puzzling decision, but this time it was just a very poorly thrown ball. No excuse. If Horni could play mistake free football PC could trust him a bit more and our offense would run very smoothly. Needed a big day from Horni and the WRs against those 8, sometimes 9, man boxes the offense faced all day, but it didn't happen. Unfortunately losing more and more faith in this team by the week. If you disregard that TD the officials gave IL we beat them by 3 scores ON THE ROAD with Taylor on the bench the entire second half. Horni has play better, however. He waits too long to throw and never looks a receiver off. No wonder he has 8 INTs in 8 games. One good thing we can say is we are the only undeated team in the BIG 10. pf9
The Badgers have a major opportunity here. With Aaron Rodgers injured, the Packers chances of making the playoffs are practically non-existent. This is UW's chance to do something that normally the Pack would be expected to do - bring their home state a football title.

beekay414
9th in the CFP poll. Guess it’s okay if you struggle to beat Baylor and Kansas St, losing at home to Iowa St as long as you have one great win. The only 1 loss teams that should be ahead of us are Ohio State and Notre Dame tbh. If you replaced our name with a traditional power, they’d be ranked higher. I mean, Bama hasn’t beaten anybody but they’re not punished for it lol. EDIT - LOL these rankings make zero sense. RandyMossIsBoss
It's actually huge that they ranked us and OSU so low. There's a chance now we could get left out as 1 loss B1G champs. I was sure we could drop one in regular season and still get in if we beat OSU, but that was assuming we'd be top 6 and OSU in the top 4. If we lose 1 of these next 4, we'll freefall since they don't think highly of us, and if we're like #15 heading into B1G CG, I don't think beating a top 5 OSU would be enough. Garbage.
