He’s also super injury prone. He’s paid enough to be a 3rd option but he’s either slumping with his shooting or injured. I like Gordon, he’s a good driver and he plays tough D but he’s just not worth the big extension we gave him.

NYRaider
Rumors are circulating that Golden State's primary trade target this offseason is Brad Beal. Warriors receive: Brad Beal Wizards receive: Andrew Wiggins, Eric Paschall, Jordan Poole, #2 pick, Minnesota 2021 1st round pick (top 3 protected) Is that enough to get a deal done though? On the positive side of things for the Wizards: • Andrew Wiggins is only 25 years old and is quietly coming off of the best season of his career. (2nd highest scoring average, career highs in eFG%, rebounds, assists, and blocks) • They'll be able to add a young top 2 selection to their young core. (Likely one of Edwards, Wiseman, or Ball) • They'll get two other young players that project as role players. (Paschall played decently last season and Poole was a 1st round pick in 2019) • The Timberwolves pick will likely be in the 10-14 range in a stacked draft next season. On the negative side of things for the Wizards: • They'll have 226M tied up into Andrew Wiggins and John Wall over the next three seasons. • There really isn't a prospect you can get at #2 that is going to be a guaranteed difference maker. If you look at Beal's advanced numbers it doesn't look like he'd flop with a smaller role. That being said, where does he fit on the Warriors? Do you move Klay to the three? He's not a guy that's going to average 30 on a contending team but he's still one of the best scorers in the league and would be a huge addition to a contender. Another encouraging thing about Beal is that even though he saw a huge increase in his usage % this season his efficiency remained the same. If they were to make a move for Beal they'd definitely slide Klay to the 3. Curry - Beal - Thompson - Draymond - ?
