At this point health will be our biggest issue. Don't care if we're the fav or not. There isn't an NFL team we can't beat on a given Sunday. This yr door has opened up. But I'll guess: Gould Kittle Taylor Beathard Johhnson Skule Garland? Struggling on the last one. Any guesses if we go with Spoon and don't activate Celek? No - Skule and Garland won't both be inactive. Jeff Wilson will replace one of the two, though hard to guess who that might be. On one hand, you have three interior linemen, so probably would prefer to have an extra interior guy vs. a 4th tackle. But our two tackles are coming off injury. Outside chance of Toilolo over a WR, but my gut says Shanahan would want all three TEs. No reason to activate Celek and release Johnson if Celek would be inactive, because they could just wait until tomorrow and release the extra kicker in that instance. 49ersfan Posted November 11, 2019 Share Posted November 11, 2019 sucks that we probably won't have kittle tonight, but jimmy & celek had some nice chemistry in 2017, particularly the texans game.
