WFLukic Posted March 25, 2020 Share Posted March 25, 2020 I think Connor McGovern is an FA not an RFA. I get the point about him not playing his first season, but it still accrued for him. So if he's an IRL UFA, he should be a BDL UFA. Jaylon Smith was different because he became an IRL RFA (his redshirt first year didn't accrue). That's why he's a BDL RFA.
