Make an offer tell him the stipulations of said contract, such as taking a physical. If he takes it he takes it. if not not then we know what kind of crappy childish person he would have been on the team. I feel like this is just a game to Clowny since no team a really wants to play for is pursuing him. That leads me to believe no matter how hard we try its a one a done here.
