candyman93
I respect what Indy did. They’ve been “too safe” as an organization for too long. They went outside of their comfort zone drafting Richardson. They need to use him like Cam. Also, they need to do what Carolina did with Cam- Build an elite defense until their QB understands the game mentally.

Colts fans have made my life miserable for far too long. Screw them.

Do you think in hindsight they should have went another direction and traded back in the 1st and take Levi’s?
JDD
Joey Porter Jr. going to the Steelers is such a Steelers move.

candyman93
I’m just alway of the opinion to not “play it safe” when choosing a QB. You’ve gotta commit and go all in.

You’re absolutely right. However, I think “playing it safe” also gets you fired, just a little slower.
candyman93
Saints are a playoff team next year. Need to keep adding youth to that defense.

If you whiff on a QB as a GM it’s 50/50 at best you get another shot anyway. I’m with candy, swing for the fences. In some ways those guys like Baker who have a high floor can be the most problematic. If a guy is flat out terrible, fine, move on. If a guy is middling you’re stuck trying to decide if he’s the guy or not.
candyman93
I feel like Arizona is unfairly criticized. If Kyler actually gave a damn, they’d be fine as a franchise.

Which reminds me. Have the Browns traded for Hopkins yet?
