We needed to get a top 4 pick this year. But the reality is our GM is going to get us multiple stars with this many picks. He's too good at drafting not to.

Since the Durant, Westbrook, Harden picks what good players have you drafted?

this guy a PF and he shot significantly lower FG% than them

Isn't Poku a PF? And his numbers were brutal despite being healthy and a 1st round pick already in the NBA. And you were just praising him as a great player...

Since the Harden, Westbrook, and Durant picks, these are the guys that Sam Presti has selected in the 1st round:

2010: Cole Aldrich (#11 overall)

2011: Reggie Jackson (#24 overall)

2012: Perry Jones (#28 overall)

2013: Steven Adams (#12 overall), Andre Roberson (#26 overall)

2014: Mitch McGary (#24 overall), Josh Huestis (#29 overall)

2015: Cameron Payne (#14 overall)

2017: Terrance Ferguson (#21 overall)

2019: Darius Bazley (#23 overall)

2020: Aleksej Pokuseski (#17 overall)

Sam Presti is definitely a great talent evaluator, dude has hit on a ton of picks, very good at drafting.

Oklahoma City has by far the biggest analytics department in the league. We staff way more analytics people than anyone else and put way more resources into it. The 7'3 8'0 wingspan Pterodactly freak we drafted last year Poku was one of the best prospects of all time according to very specific advanaced data. Presti traded like Ricky Rubio and an extra 1st round pick just to move up a few spots and secure him.

We're going to run the league very soon (4 years) and you're going to remember I said so.

Poku, one of the best prospects of all time according to advanced data averaged 7.9 ppg on 31% FG, 27% 3FG, and 57% FT in the G-League Bubble in 25 mpg. And despite being the greatest prospect ever his numbers were significantly worse than Kuminga's despite him being older...

A better Marcus Smart? Yeah please don't ever talk about basketball again.

you say this like marcus smart isn't a scrub and dort hasn't already dropped 37 in an elimination game. dude is built for the NFL game but figured this basketball stuff out.

In your heart you believe that Lu Dort is better than Marcus Smart?

Why did the best prospect ever average 7 ppg on 31% FG in the G-League despite already being an NBA 1st round pick? And get absolutely murked 1 on 1 vs Kuminga? Did the analytics predict that?

Ibaka, Reggie Jackson, Cameron Payne, Steven Adams, Domontas Sabonis, Andre Roberson were all decent. Our GM hits on pretty much every pick. He has the best track record of drafting in the league.

Ibaka was in the same draft as Westbrook. Payne was in the G-League last year like 2 years removed from being a lottery pick. Adams is a decent player. Sabonis averaged 5 ppg in his 1 year on the Thunder. And Roberson is an okay role player.

You think Payne, Adams, Sabonis, Roberson, and Jackson is the best track record for drafting in the league?

Also why won't you answer my question? You said Poku was the greatest prospect ever and his numbers were absolutely terrible in the G-League. In his one matchup with Kuminga he got absolutely murked. Kuminga must be okay to be out producing the greatest prospect ever on better efficiency despite being 2 years younger, especially considering he embarrassed Poku head to head. @Kirill

I said Poku was trash the moment we drafted him. I then had to do a deep dive into why OKC fanbase was hype on him and basically just read he was an advanced stats warrior but the reality is the kid still only averaged like 2ppg in whatever trash league he came from. Theres still OKC fans hyping him up tho and he did already have some 30pt games in the NBA. The measurables and potential are greater in Poku than Kuminga but both are trash

You literally just said that Poku was the greatest prospect ever like a week ago. And you also realize that you didn't draft Sabonis, right? The Magic did and then traded him along with Oladipo for Ibaka, lol.
