I mean, fair enough, I don't have a better explanation. Best I can think of is some sort of one-shot ability to cancel all kills, but that's usually accompanied by a message in the writeup.

But it's not a big assumption that L is in the game or that he's a powerful role. You tried to argue at first that maybe he wasn't in the game at all, and when I pointed out the Lind L. Taylor thing, you pivoted to "well that doesn't mean he's important."

Locking votes is always allowed at any time in my games.

However, days ending early when the vote is clinched only occurs near the end of the game and at my discretion.

I never meant to imply that I never thought he was in the game. I believe that assuming he’s extra valuable or powerful is wrong, and I pointed out games where the host purposefully played with the main character as evidence that it’s not some strange thing to do. That’s all
