That was the 'L' in the HEALS Act that never happened. One side wanted businesses to be held liable and the other side didn't want the 350 billion to states that locked down. Which happened anyways once Congress changed after the election. Will be entertaining to watch this experiment. Would be smart to still do temp checks before entering and tests two days before as I know several fully vaccinated people who currently or recently caught covid.
