I don't think it should be Stricken from the rules at all. I think we need to decide how to enforce it and do so because I think it's necessary for people to explain their votess. I’ve always been big on enforcing it but I think people think it’s hard enough to get guys to stick around so penalizing people they are worried will cause us to lose owners if I remember the conversation correctly. Yes, and I believe the original rule many years ago (and I could very easily be wrong on this) was that owners only had to explain their vote on 4 games each week with just a warning the first time they didn't.
