Two 8-3 teams, get to add Allen to SNF package (hasn’t been on since first game). Division implications. Emerging star in Tua. It’s a risk they’ll gladly take. The biggest deal w the Cleveland game earlier was Buffalo played Thursday. Worst case scenario would likely be best case scenario for NBC to get that regardless of weather.

Unless they have to move the game earlier in the day because of weather....

Yes

If a team has a player, or players,  go on IR during a particular week then they may select one additional player only that week to add to their roster.

If this is the rule, then the waiver claim for any given week occurs after the games are played on Sunday, otherwise the rule makes no sense.

Except it does, because the rule exists to compensate teams that have a player go on IR, which is an only a consideration if you, y'know, have another game to play.

We also don't have waivers after the bizz bowl cause you know those two teams clearly need to make another claim.  We do the IR thing because we complete waivers in the middle of the week and obviously there are plenty of times when guys don't go on IR til after.  We do this because of Thursday night football, otherwise we'd prob have waivers due Saturday nights

So this is the week 13 waivers for $200.  Got it.

I get my waiver claim and made bcb feel dirty.  Win-Win!
