He started off with Raised beds in his back yard before buying an acre of Farmland near by to grow vegetables and raise fish for nearby high end restaurant's. He also kept a couple of bee hives for honey. He partnered with a chef friend at one of those restaurants about 4-5 years ago to open a successful Farm to Table place using his produce.
