Wilks’ case is circumstantial… however Horton’s case has more leg…

IMO Wilks has more circumstantial evidence in his favor than Horton has. Horton's case relies entirely on what Mularkey said about being hired before Horton was interviewed. But Teryl Austin had already been interviewed so the Rooney rule was complied with. Wilks was fired after a 3-13 season while the white GM was extended despite being suspended for a DUI during the year. His white successor went 5-10 his first year with a much better rookie QB than Wilks was given.

Dang this news tidal wave seems to have a 3-week cycle. BUT WAIT THERE'S MORE every 3 weeks gets annoying.
