Week 1- Philadelphia Eagles @ Detroit Lions

This passing game looks totally different than the one that worked down the stretch last year.  Nothing easy over the middle.  The screens are being read easily. Nothing original as far as routes. And Goff seems to struggle through progressions.  If he settles down, we will be ok.  Don’t need him to be Mahomes, but at least be a top 20ish QB and move the ball some to keep the D off the field.  3 and outs kill the endurance of the D and three in a row led to that play down the stretch. I say keep feeding swift and use some play action.

Seems he and receivers (specifically Chark and Hockenson) aren't on the same page as far as routes. Really need to settle down and open it up with some easy stuff up the middle.

Swift with 97 yards and a TD in the first half. Hope we don't go away from him. Open him up in space and let him loose.
