The thing with the fumbles is that at least when he was turning the ball over he was doing so by being way too aggressive so he occasionally made a play. He hasn't fumbled at the rate he was (which to be fair was literally worst all time pace) but that comes with losing the last passable gasp of effectiveness he had.
