Week 6 GDT: San Francisco 49ers at Atlanta Falcons

The NFC is starting to look like the 2004 season. Even if the 49ers can't win the division, they should still be in play for one of the 3 wild cards towards the end. This loss sucked, and I still hate losing to the Falcons after all these years, but given the situation with injuries on defense it's not that bad with the rest of the conference looking very mediocre right now. The best teams are the Eagles, Cowboys, and Giants by record. Next four games though are against big trigger QBs, but at least three of those are at home. And the road game against the Rams might as well be a backdoor 49ers home game.

What's in the lower tier problem bracket? :)

Front 7 and WR's are the least of our problems.   The Safeties are alright too . O-line, RB's and JG are the middle of the problems.  DB depth and overall losing talent to injury is the biggest issue.  We keep replacing cornerstone players with average starters, and after a few of those, eventually we are just an average team.
