Get ya mind right i never liked Russ or tua and take this L

I mean this is one game, they played at an amazing level.
Carr has had one amazing game every year… but you judge him on the whole year, as you should.

if the D keeps it up, then talk.
hell of a game by the D. I hope both the D and O keep improving.

both have a lot of room too

Holding sd to 13 points when damn near everything is in the line for them is slightly above average? Exactly 🍻sir lol

Where do you rank our D on the season? You claim they're average so how do you come to that conclusion based on metrics?

The metrics you value? I already spoke on those.

tell me what game can you use as an example of the defense being garbage this year?

It's obvious you lack a basic understanding of statistics which is why I feel like I am wasting my time trying to show you that a D who ranks 29th in YPA, 28th in RZ TD's, 31st in TO's, 30th in sacks and 27th in PPG is no where near average.

I will look back and find a game as soon as you can explain to me how those metrics mentioned above are average like you claim?  Good luck with that!

Def is 23rd in points per game. With a offense that that constantly puts us in bad field situations. Including one game where they never even crossed the 50 yrd line.

https://www.teamrankings.com/nfl/stat/opponent-defensive-touchdowns-per-game
that shows at 0.1 tds to the opposing team a game, we are tied for 2nd in the league with about 20 other teams lol. Not some crazy stat like theapicture you try to paint.

our opposing teams have missed a ton of FGS against us this year, that helps the D PPG stats. 3rd worst percentage. . Prob makes up for the above stat, since it’s so tight.

https://www.teamrankings.com/nfl/stat/opponent-field-goal-conversion-pct

We are first in giveaways a game

https://www.teamrankings.com/nfl/stat/giveaways-per-game

Our punt to score % is 3rd best behind Bulls and KC (this is big stat contradicting your we always put teams in good positions)

https://www.teamrankings.com/nfl/stat/punts-per-offensive-score

we are 6th worst in points per play on D

https://www.teamrankings.com/nfl/stat/opponent-points-per-play

We are 4th worst in oppenents punts per game

https://www.teamrankings.com/nfl/stat/opponent-punts-per-play

Honestly if you think our O is mediocre, then our D is abysmal. They are clearly worse then the O.

yes they are playing well for their talent level, but I’m not arguing that. Just saying that everything you say about our O putting them in bad spots is complete BS, that you make up to fit your narrative. Nothing shows that other than the turnovers that happen, but they happen to every team.

On the flip, we are last in almost all D turnover stats.

you like to blame our O for the points after a turnover, so would you say it’s fair to say, our O is in a tough spot since we are 2nd last in turnovers.

https://www.teamrankings.com/nfl/stat/takeaways-per-game

Our D also bottom 5 in many other stats, that give our O less time with the ball because they cannot get off the field.

say the word, and I will do the work to show again, how the stats prove, if what you say about our O which is very good at not turning the ball, hurts the D… then our D not turning the ball over clearly hurts our O.

hopefully you can follow that, but thinking I didn’t explain well

Now the kicker, 4 of our games have been against the 3 worst scoring teams in the nfl. That helps the D PPG stats tremendously. (Let me know if I need to explain why).

for Thursday night. . . We need another under 20 point performance against a struggling O.

my expectations change game from game. I thought our D played Wel against Kc even tho they gave up 30.
if you play the top 5 Os your going to get scored on, when you play the bottom 5 Os I hope you stop them.
