Overview

The Philadelphia Eagles ranked 14th overall in our guide. The major concerns expressed by player respondents relate to the team’s treatment of the players and their families. They do not provide a family room for players' families at the stadium, unlike most of the other clubs. Despite not offering this to players, they do have a family room for the family members of coaches and football operations staff. The air travel also stands out as an area where players felt there could be improvement: only 51% of players feel like they have enough room to spread out, and they are one of just eight teams in the league that do not offer their players first class seats. Players also feel that the facilities can improve - less than half of the team feel like they have enough hot and cold tub space.

What raises this club’s overall score are the people who work with players, with training staffs and strength coaches ranking very highly. Also, they enjoy playing for Head Coach Nick Sirianni who is ranked as one of the most player-friendly coaches in the league. Club owner Jeffrey Lurie ranks 8th in the NFL, with 97% of the players believing he is willing to upgrade the facility.

Big thing was soso travel accommodations and family care, but nothing was too egregious.

The locker room space, as well as the weight room / recovery rooms being a little cramped aren’t anything new. Novacare was built for a different time when the Eagles weren’t spending all of training camp there with 90 dudes and then the expanded practice squad. We’ve talked about it before, but probably due for an upgraded somewhere along the way.

Yeah I thought Davis was broke, but good for them I guess. Vikings have nice facilities, remember seeing some behind the scenes thing there.

That and they have always done like a family sorta vibe there. Remember seeing on hard knocks how much guys came back and they did stuff outside the norm for the players.

It’s so weird though with how dysfunctional the onfield part has been.

Just looking at the calendar, 12 days until the "legal" tampering period begins, and 2 weeks until the new league year.

I wonder if the Eagles get a Hurts deal done by then, and if not, how it impacts FA plans.

Hope they do, have faith in Howie trying to get that done before all the other deals that are gonna happen.

And I just want to prepare you guys, after all the talk, wanting a corner and other players you think the Eagles should take at 10, after this kid blows up the combine, here is your 10th overall selection in the 2023 draft.

Iowa Football: Lukas Van Ness appears to answer positional question

Finally we can have a cliche high school movie villain on the dline.

Endzone is the country club, and he’ll be damned if you make it in to use their pool.
