Meanwhile Chase Young still limited after a F*n stinger.....God he's your prototypical Gen Zr....

There’s no point in further injuring him or reagrivating the injury. I have 100% belief that if this was the regular season that Chase would be playing.

”Practice? We talkin’ about practice? Not the game! But Practice?” Allen Iverson

Except he needs the practice bc he's a below average starter.

The Washington Commanders have signed defensive tackle Isaiah Mack and punter Michael Palardy to the roster. In a corresponding move, the Commanders have released kicker Michael Badgley and wide receiver Jalen Sample.

Mack, an undrafted free agent out of the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, has been in the league since 2019 and spent time with the Tennessee Titans, New England Patriots, Denver Broncos, Pittsburgh Steelers, Seattle Seahawks and Baltimore Ravens. He has appeared in 25 games with one start, recording 17 tackles, four quarterback hits and 2.5 sacks. He was most recently with the New York Jets before being released on Aug. 8.

Mack recorded 222 tackles, two pass breakups and three forced fumbles at UTC. His 41 tackles for loss were third all-time in program history, and his 21 sacks are fourth all-time.

Palardy is an undrafted free agent out of Tennessee and has been in the league since 2014. He has played for the Raiders, Rams, Panthers, Ravens, Colts, Browns, Falcons, Dolphins and Patriots. He also punted in the Canadian Football League with the Toronto Argonauts. He has 363 punts in his career covering 16,281 yards, averaging 44.9 yards per punt. He has 23 touchbacks in his career with 123 punts inside the 20-yard line.

“Commanders CB Danny Johnson suffered a rotator cuff injury when he was slammed to the ground by Ravens TE Mark Andrews after the play during a joint practice.“

Effin BS

Good luck Monday Mark. Hope you don't get rolled out on a stretcher…

Just finally saw the clip of Andrews doing this.

While I would never wish an injury on a player, I sure wouldn't be too heart-broken if karma paid him a visit.

So how does him reinsuring his shoulder help that?

Let’s be clear Chase is practicing. He’s doing all of the individual drills where they go and hit the sleds and everything else. He’s just not going one on one vs other players or participating in 7 on 7 or 11 on 11.

I also have to wonder if they’ve seen the burst and strong hands and everything they want to see in practice and what they saw in that first drive vs the Browns so they’ve decided to focus on which of their back up DEs they are going to keep after Obada.

Rivera & JDR have a log jam at DE and they need to decide which of Andre Jones, Toohill & KJ Henry they are going to keep for the last 1 or 2 DE spots.

They need those guys to get practice snaps and preseason snaps bc they need to determine which of the 3 or which 2 of the 3 to keep.

Need to provide a link or Twitter post for this.

Chase Young has played in like 4? Games in 2 seasons. A lot of our backup DEs have played a lot more. I think they’d want to actually see where Chase is as much as Obada and Toohill.
