I just don't think the defense is going to make a big enough jump up to make a significant difference and they just won't have the luck they had last year, when they really were just a 9 win team that managed to have things go their way. We did overachieve last year but we had enough talent to win double digit games. The defense this year is going to be better in coverage and pressuring the QB and on offensive I'm sure we're going to be a top 10 scoring offense. While Chicago isn't good, they could have lost to them last year...they got lucky when ISM got the ball stolen from him. They could get 9 losses if there's a surprise somewhere along the way, like losing at Vegas or Atlanta (which we've been known to do before). I just don't have high expectations, because while the defense can't possibly be worse, I think with more aggression, that will lead to bigger negative plays.
