This team has pro bowlers up and down this roster and biggest weakness was at qb. Then they go ahead and get the most complete back in the game. it would be hard not to win with this team. To add to this: McDaniel is a Shanahan disciple with much of the same principles. The skill talent, they sought out and maximized. In Dallas, we just mish-mosh a collection of talent and throw it all in a pot randomly. We (essentially) release a top 15 WR route running phenom, and (eventually) replace him with an aging, undersized speedster after going a full season of saying we can just chug along with Noah Brown in his place. There is no cohesive, clear vision as an organization. The organization marches to the beat of the owner’s ego and impulse. It’s a flat disaster and it starts at the top.
