Honestly, by the time an HC gets to the point of being fired, it's already too late for the team that season to be relevant. Why not just wait until after the SB to fire them? I really can't say rushing this process has ever made sense to me. Maybe if owners and GMs took more time to hire someone, they'd get it right.
