Wolves are a tough matchup for LAC.

Cause teams usually don't have big wings to guard PG and Kawhi but Ant and McD are as good as it gets. But then Wolves can bully them with Gobert and KAT

Curious - is there any fan in here that actually likes their matchup against the Wolves?

It's a pretty poor one for Denver. By the end of the playoff series last year, the Rudy and KAT combo had Jokic shooting 8/29. They got bailed out with a big Jamal night, but with McDaniels in there you'd have to imagine that doesn't happen anywhere near as easy.

In that series, the Wolves had a bench lineup of Prince, Rivers and Nowell. This year, assuming they are healthy, they will have Anderson, Naz Reid and NAW (who was excellent as a starter in the series last year).

When you factor in they are likely to have homecourt advantage, it's going to be a tough out for anyone.

i’m not sure if there’s an official stat for this, but killian hayes has gone 13 consecutive games with more shot attempts than points. he’s shooting 28 (not a typo)/10 (not a typo)/63. 32 ts%

but it’s okay, he’s only starting and playing 22 minutes a game

Losing to a Memphis team with no Ja, Bane and Smart is a new low for the Warriors. I give up on this team for this season.

Yeah, Memphis is so talent devoid right now. Should be a bottom 5 team the next 2 months.

It's so weird to me how everybody spent a decade crapping on Melo for all his foibles and failures but now suddenly there's a whole thing because Jokic is wearing 15 in Denver for some reason despite this not being an issue for the preceding 8 years?

It's because Carmelo is crying about not being the best #15 in Nuggets history.

He said Denver gave Jokic #15 so they could erase him. The dude was the 41st overall pick...idiot.

Like buddy you very famously said "**** y'all I'm out" and dipped because you hated Denver. No **** they don't have loyalty to you.

Melo forced his way out of Denver.  He was great there but threw away the team for New York so he really has no grounds to complain with how they handle his legacy.

Also, Jokic was 15 in Europe before coming over, so it made sense. Melo needs to stop crying and looking like the weak one.

If Melo just shut up then people would forget how one dimensional and annoying he was. Then 20 years from now he'd be fondly remembered like Bernard King.
