Fumble out of the endzone: whose ball should it be?

Keep it as is. It is the closest thing to consistent with the rulebook overall for what occurs when a live ball goes out of the end zone.

Since this is a pretty rare scenario, I think the following should happen:

Each team chooses 1 skill position player.

These players must meet head-to-head in an Oklahoma drill. The winner's team gets the ball.

if the offense wins, they get the ball at the opposing team's 20 yard line. If the defense wins, they get the ball at their own 20 yard line.

Actually, better idea:

Each team has to spend a roster spot on one person designated to be the Oklahoma drill guy. This is your representative. They cannot be an actual player, this is their only job.

I think it should be an automatic game over. The game, no matter the score, locks in place. Both teams square dance at midfield and move onto the next week.

Any kicker who misses a FG under 40 yards has to walk up an down one randomly chosen aisle of fans while they boo him relentlessly.

I like this. Could we also have an extra kicker who doesn't count on the 53 man roster, and can be substituted for the kicker on the 53 man but only if the team has to cut the starter?

We could see a guy miss a kick and get insta-cut.
