Virtual interviews don’t satisfy Rooney Rule requirements, per the NFL." so curtis is correct- we'd need one more
KingTitan
Gotta do another interview. I'm guessing Brown or Glenn.

KingTitan
Don't know the rules, I could look them up but eh..lol So with him apparently not even interviewing yet and the wording of this....sounds like we couldn't interview until after the Superbowl? Mark him off the list.

-Hope-
looks like they're knocking out both brown and callahan in-person today? so we'll be set to make a hire, whoever it is, after today.
KingTitan
MacDonald is a great DC. But Baltimore's defense isn't bare of talent. Lol Madibuke. Patrick Queen. Roquan Smith. Kyle Hamilton. To lesser degree Clowney. Pierce. He is missing corners but as we know great pressure makes for better corners. He is being phenomenal in getting them all together. But that cupboard isn't bare. Lol
deeluxx3
Glad to see us moving so quickly Think @KingTitan said it...trying to trade Vrabel would've set us back sooo much
KingTitan
I'd take an extensive break from the Titans if they hire him.

It would have made the fanbase so upset. Why we not interviewing anyone??? Vrabel would have had to agree to the trade. New team would have to agree to compensation. New team would have had to do all the current steps. Then once traded, we would have to do all these virtual/in person steps. But yeah media: "Titans too lazy to trade a GREAT coach"

But that cupboard isn't bare. Lol Hamilton, Madibuke and Queen all developed under him. He’s got 60 sacks on a defense with edge rushers led by Clowney and Kyle Van Noy. Every coach needs good players but it’s not like they have a bunch of hall of famers out there.
