deeluxx3
Jim Harbaugh is my number one but I struggle to see him not wanting a ton of control in his next HC job

ttitansfan4life
Jim Harbaugh isn’t coming here. Monken, Johnson, and Slowik would be the top targets for me. Monken is a hell of an offensive mind and adjust to his players.
twotonebluenation
Slowik makes too much sense to me. But I am not going to act like I know. Should be interesting. Just listening to him speak, he seems like MEGA head coaching material. Edited January 9 by twotonebluenation
Dr.Doom52
There are defensive minded coaches that allow the offense to operate so in that respect I could live with a DC coach, but I definitely want an offensive guy. Don't have to worry about losing the creative mind each year. I am a Michigan fan, but no to Harb's...too conservative for my liking. He has had a top QB there for the last 2 years and he refuses to open up and allow him to get in a rhythm...in the case of UM it worked but you can't do that in the NFL. I want someone creative and with a vision of how the offense will operate and an understanding of how to get the most out of the players we have/get. Andrei01
Slowik or Ben Johnson are probably my top candidates, but I'm not that familiar with a lot of the names. Early on in the season, really liked how Arizona looked despite all their issues and injuries. Wouldn't mind giving Drew Petzing a thought. TitanSlim
Thinking about how I’d feel if we hired Jerod Mayo and he got Josh McDaniels as his OC….🤔
Mesa_Titan
If we get a really good offensive coordinator or an offensive minded head coach I’ll be happy and roll with it. If we hire someone like Vrabel to be Vrabel, I’m gonna be upset.
