Vikings take Brennan Jackson, LB from Washington State.

could make the roster on special teams, could develop to be a fill in guy or even a starter.

Strengths

  • Plays with relentless energy that is beyond persistent on every snap.
  • Gets off the ball with bent knees and low pads into contact.
  • Above-average play strength with ability to consistently get off blocks.
  • Strong hips allow him to drive through a blocker's edges.
  • Hard-charging style creates production through secondary rush.
  • Possesses the footwork to further develop his spin counter.

Random sidenote, but as I was trying to respond it got me wondering. Is the GIF link on this site broken?? Or do I have a setting screwed up somewhere??

It's blank every time I try to find a gif.

Edit: "There are no results to display"

Cardinals Draft is Over

4. Malik Nabers WR
27.Chop Robinson Edge
35.Xavier Worthy WR
66.Jonthan Brooks HB
71.Maason Smith DT
90.Jaden Hicks S
104.Jarrian Jones CB
138.Tanor Bortolini iOL
162.Jaylx Hunt Edge
186.Qwan'Tez Stiggers CB
226.Frank Crum OT

Round 1 and 2 got Elite Athletes.Nabers and Worthy would give nightmares as a DC and would help open up McBride more underneath as well as clear it out for Kyler Scrambling.

Round 3 first 2 picks woulda gone higher in my view if not for Inj(Brooks) and Off the Field(Smith)

Day 3 was full of Boom or bust type players

Favorite pick Jarrian Jones one of my Favorite slot CBs in the draft

Last Chance Mock Draft

1.8 JJ McCarthy, QB
2.54 Cooper Beebe, OG
3.74 Ruke Orhorhoro, DT
4.109 Nehemia Pritchett, CB
5.143 Isaiah Davis, RB
6.177 Josh Karty, K
7.230 Brennan Jackson, DE/LB EDGE
7.232 Daequan Hardy, CB/PR

Vikings end their mock draft with this lineup. Keep in mind we started without a 2nd or 3rd round pick. Managed to do a slight trade up for McCarthy, get back into Rounds 2 and 3, and addressed our major needs including special teams additions.

it was fun cyber hanging with you guys, thanks for including me!

Put this down in the "weird" coincidence column.

2 days ago Titans @Daniel sent pick 227 to Browns @elfman1955 as a component of a trade here.

Yesterday the Tennessee Titans sent pick 227 to Cleveland in a trade for Leroy Watson.

I was going to move 227 to cleveland but we already passed that point in the draft but it didn't matter b/c  Cleveland already had the pick in a trade from Tennessee.  Asked myself how that got there until I realized the coincidence.

Jaguars are done. They came away with:

1.17 Dallas Turner, Edge, Alabama
2.46 Zach Frazier, C, WVU
3.96 Jalen McMillan, WR, Washington
4.114 Blake Corum, RB, Michigan
5.151 Kamal Hadden, CB, Tennessee
5.153 Jacob Cowing, WR, Arizona
6.212 Jaden Crumedy, DL, Mississippi St
7.236 Ethan Driskell, OT, Marshall

I’m pretty happy with that. Not a ton of help for the Jags’ two biggest needs (WR and CB) but the depth at CB is addressed and the WR room is a very complete one outside of a true No. 1.

Secondary needs got a ton of help though. New C, and better OT depth on the OL, a powerful new RB gives them a potentially great rushing game, and the DL gets a big boost with Dallas Turner and depth inside with Crumedy.
