I assume their is a Dracula, would match the suit and tie, I think. Though normally it's like a bow tie in the old school Dracula movies. He could either be sk or more of a a cult recruiter type. If domepatrol has used scum that cannot die while other scum mates are involved it would be wise to speak up about this as we can then focus on other suspects.
