When accounting for spikes, dropped passes, etc... his comp % is around 65.7%. Which isn't bad. turtle28 Posted January 29, 2018 Author Share Posted January 29, 2018 My opinion is that Dan Snyder loved Mark Rypien’s big arm, remember, that’s why he drafted Patrick Ramsey. I think Snyder will see a young Mark Rypien in Josh Allen and want to draft him if he’s available. Allen will start off his career being erratic and backing up a veteran but by his 3rd year or so he’ll start to show more accuracy and will be the qb of the future of the Redskins.
