Eh. My move with you was definitely a win now but I essentially purged my team last year of a guy I think will retire soon (Big Ben) and a guy I just got an offer I couldn't refuse for (Brown), but I still have a ton of draft picks next year and some good young keepers on my team.

I don't think you can pick five times in the first round and miss the Taco Bowl.

4. Blackwater Bay Dragons (6-10)

Good ol' Harper, had 5 picks in the first round and finished with double digit losses. I miss that guy, if nothing more than pure entertainment at his failures.

1. Phoenix Rattlers (13-3) xyz

5 picks in the first two rounds (2 firsts, 3 seconds) plus 3 fourths and sevenths, for a total of 16 picks in the first 10 rounds. Certainly made good use of it, reaching the title game before coming up just short of victory.

So in the end it seems all well and good to have a boatload of picks, but it's up to the owner to make those picks turn into good players that fit their system and produce results.

RBs suck in this draft.

This whole draft kind of sucks, really.

Eh, it depends on the position IMO. There's certain positions where I agree, the top end talent is lacking, but has solid depth, but other positions are absolutely stacked.

This is also the first draft to feel the ramifications of the rookie 1 tag effect. Years past we'd normally see rookies hit the draft board a lot more due to only having 1 season under their belts, but with the new cost-effective keeper price, those rookies are all being kept.

Last year's Winter season we saw 4 rookies get taken in the first round. This year? 0. And that'll also trickle down into all the other rounds as well. Looking at all the rosters, there appears to be 20 players (may have missed one or two) who were rookies and kept. That is a lot higher than the typical handful of elite rookies that produced and get kept.

Harper was Ruskie and Ipwn fused together with a huge Ego.

Harper never won a ship, much less two. So I'd vehemently disagree.

In fact, I'd say aside from your Joe Flacco type of Championship season, you have a lot more in common with Harper than any other owner.
