vike daddy
ESPN’s Field Yates tweeted Monday, “The Ravens have waived WR Laquon Treadwell and placed DB Damarion Williams on injured reserve.” And that marks seven teams in eight seasons for Treadwell, who hasn’t been a part of a team in back-to-back seasons since his days with the Vikings. Perhaps his next team will provide the special sauce, or vice versa, for the 28-year-old. Here’s Treadwell’s career resume to date: Minnesota Vikings (2016–2019) Atlanta Falcons (2020) Jacksonville Jaguars (2021) New England Patriots (2022) Arizona Cardinals (2022) Seattle Seahawks (2022) Baltimore Ravens (2023) https://vikingsterritory.com/2024/news/analysis/by-ravens?utm_source=dlvr.it&utm_medium=facebook

swede700
While doubtful that it actually happens, it appears that some are beginning to speculate that the Bills may begin to rebuild around Allen, and it could start by getting out of Diggs' deal. SteelKing728
If they want to build around Allen, shouldn't they trade Diggs and draft a WR in the first like we did?

vike daddy
HAPPY BIRTHDAY to #81 Carl Eller who turns 82 today!!! The six time Pro Bowler played 209 regular season games for the Vikings, which currently ranks as the 4th most all-time for the team. SemperFeist
Not sure why people laugh at Klint Kubiak. He’s a very good coach with an excellent offensive mind.

Because he is a one-time offensive coordinator who was, at best, below average. He was the passing game coordinator for the Broncos last year and sucked at that too. It always amazes me how dismissive people can be of young coaches as if there isn’t a learning curve. Kubiak was 34 years old in his one year as OC with the Vikings. And despite having to deal with Zimmer’s hostile nature towards offensive coordinators, Kubiak still managed to organize and lead a unit that was just has productive in 2021 as O’Connell’s offense was in 2022.
