If it’s Allen left at QB the tea leaves all point to Chubb / Nelson in Dove Valley.   Ray is coming off his 5th year option next year and Barrett is a UFA and we have cap hell. Pass rush becomes a huge 2019 priority in a deep G class I suspect if Chubb is there he’s Elway’s nonQB pick.

I went Jackson then Allen. Pick should be a QB imo. Keenum isnt a long term answer.

Josh Allen has really grown on me over the last couple weeks. I think there is a bust risk, obviously, with him, but talents like his don' t come around very often. Not only is he a physical freak, his intangibles also score very highly. I don't see Case Keenum as a long-term answer and I think he would be an ideal 1-2 year bridge while we continue to work on refining Allen's game. So, even though the pick wouldn't help us in the short-term, I would be very tempted to go that way if the board falls as it does in this mock. 

My second choice is a tough one as I really, really like Chubb and Nelson but we've got three pretty decent pass rushers in Von, Shaq and Ray but we have a gaping hole at OG so I went with Nelson. Draft Nelson and you have an All Pro OG for the next decade. It's not as sexy a pick as Chubb would be but I think it helps us more.

I feel the same way
