So Lakers only end up with LeBron? Not a big fan of George but they needed at least 2 stars to compete with Golden State. LeBron and the youngins is probably only good enough for 5th or 6th in the West unless one of those youngins make huge strides. Highly doubt they land Leonard.

Paul George arrived in Oklahoma City late on Saturday afternoon, as Russell Westbrook is hosting a private party in town late Saturday night as free agency opens, sources told ESPN.

Westbrook has organized the party, dubbed a "summer hype house party," that's being held at a property near Lake Arcadia, inviting around 500 guests with the promise of a "surprise performance by a multi-platinum artist."

Scissorhands is a very reliable source lol.

Well, depends on if they can get Kawhi. Obviously LeBron plus youngsters wouldn't beat the Warriors or the Rockets, but they would feel like they could get someone in 2019. But LeBron probably isn't going to want to waste one of his last remaining prime years. This is why Griffin predicting the Lakers getting Cousins is interesting. Kind of a panic move that could end up hurting them.

Haha.  He says LeBron is going to the Lakers as well, so lets see if he's correct.  If so, he's dropping more bombs than Wjo lol

Him saying LeBron going to the Lakers is the worst kept secret. The odds of LeBron going to the Lakers is at -5000 which is a damn lock it is a done deal.

I don't know about that.  They wouldn't beat the Warriors, but maybe they could beat the Rockets.  LeBron is still the best player in the league and the supporting cast the Lakers have is much better than what he had in Cleveland.  I see what you're saying, though.

Getting Cousins would be horrible IMO.

Maybe I'm not following as closely as you are, but why is that a lock?

All I know is, the Celtics can do nothing and have a hugely successful offseason with Lebron leaving the East lol

They're going to the Finals (if healthy) whether LeBron leaves the east or not.

Where have you been the last week? Especially the last few days? Lol, all the talk has been LA and when the odds have changed to -5000, there is a reason for that. You can't even make a penny anymore if you are betting on LA.

He's coming off a bad injury and there is no guarantee he will be close to healthy for next season. Just too big of a risk And then you have to wonder how he will feel being the third option if they do in fact add Kawhi. Boogie has that alpha mentality, not sure you want a guy like that as your third option. He's not going to fly being in the Klay/Love/Bosh role.
