The roster must simply be cut down by the start of the NFL regular season to meet the above requirements. You can trade draft picks in this draft class as well as up to two seasons into the future. League rules for the new players: League Rules - FleaFlicker's default. Please check these to make sure they are okay with you. - 20 player rosters - 1 IR spot (can only be used on players who are actually placed on Injured Reserve) - Up to 20 keepers (+IR) every year - No cost to retain players year to year- You will need to cut players to be able to sign your draft picks - Commissioner actions (trade vetoes and the like) will only be taken when there is a clear violation of the spirit of the game and competitive integrity. A trade of Cam Newton for a 7th rounder 5 years away will be vetoed, without question - Only draft picks within the next two years are to be traded. Any further out will not be allowed. Once a draft begins, the draft two out becomes available to trade. - Do NOT attempt to run two teams at once **All roster moves must be done within FleaFlicker. However, during the draft, all trades involving current year draft picks should be made in this discussion thread. Any of those trades involving players or future picks must still be processed on FleaFlicker. Please tag the next person up after you make your selection.
