Yes...it's really not much of a talker, but I do recall how much Jared Allen really hated Cherilus. Said he was really a dirty player with cheap hits below the knees all the time.

vike daddy
After suffering a pectoral injury a few weeks ago, Lions cornerback Emmanuel Moseley will miss at least four weeks to start the regular season. ESPN’s Adam Schefter reports Moseley will be placed on injured reserve as Detroit reduces its roster this week. Moseley tore his ACL during the season last year and was only able to appear in one game. That came after he also tore his ACL during 2022. He has appeared in 46 games with 33 starts in his career, with 45 of those appearances coming with San Francisco. Schefter also reports Lions rookie sixth-round offensive lineman Christian Mahogany will remain on the non-football injury list and miss the first four weeks of the season. https://www.nbcsports.com/nfl/profootballtalk/rumor-mill/news/lions-to-place-emmanuel-moseley-on-ir
vike daddy
One consistent talking point of the Lions offseason was that wide receiver Jameson Williams has taken significant steps forward heading into his third NFL season and the theme hasn’t gone away with the regular season about to get underway. It was General Manager Brad Holmes’s turn to discuss Williams on Thursday and he discussed the growth that he’s seen from the 2022 first-round pick. Williams’s rookie season got off to a delayed start due to a knee injury he suffered at Alabama and his second season began with a suspension for violating the league’s gambling policy, but there’s been no obstacles to his preparations for this season and Holmes said that’s allowed Williams to show that he’s matured into the kind of person the Lions thought he would become. Holmes: "I’m sure you guys have talked to him already and he’s told you that he had to mature a lot, and you saw that. We do a lot of research and background on all of these players that we acquire, and we had a good sense of who Jamo was as a person, but we definitely felt comfortable that he was going to be a fit for us, and he’s shown the growth. When we drafted him, we said, ‘He’s going to need to grow up a little bit.’ And he did, so it’s been right on pace.” https://www.nbcsports.com/nfl/profootballtalk/rumor-mill/news/brad-holmes-jameson-williams-needed-to-grow-up-and-he-has
vike daddy
The Lions had their chances. Oh, did they have their chances. They gained 463 yards, had 26 first downs and got in the red zone seven times. They scored 16 points, with the only touchdown coming on David Montgomery’s 1-yard run with 3:26 left in the third quarter for their only lead of the game. The Bucs held on for a 20-16 win. The Lions kicked three red-zone field goals and ended the half on the Tampa Bay 9. Their final three drives ended at the Bucs 28, 11 and 26 with an interception and then twice on downs. Jared Goff threw no passes to the end zone in the waning seconds of the game. It spoiled an incredible day by edge rusher Aidan Hutchinson, who had 4.5 sacks with three coming in the first quarter. https://www.nbcsports.com/nfl/profootballtalk/rumor-mill/news/bucs-hold-on-for-20-16-win-over-lions-who-were-1-for-7-in-red-zone
