The issue is the lack of downfield plays and players running completely open and he either misses them or doesn't see them. If he can complete passes where we get more chunk plays, we will have a much more open offense where the Bucs or anyone else can't comprise the field of play. Regardless, even if Flacco's the better rain QB, I still feel Lamar's offense gives this team the best chance to win in any situation except for where we're forced to pass.
