I've never made a proposal before but I am now, every time someone makes an illegal bid due to going over cap, they get docked a draft pick. Lowest round in upcoming season. VigilantZombie Posted June 12, 2019 Share Posted June 12, 2019 I'd like to follow up on what @RuskieTitan suggested and make another suggestion and that is that we appoint someone for free agency that is responsible for making sure that every bid he is valid and that people are not going over their cap when they bid on players. Yes I understand how much work this would be and how much of a pain in the butt it would be but if it's this person's job to also signify when someone is hypothetically supposed to be docked a draft pick I mean things are going to get consistent pretty darn quick.
