It seems decent enough. I definitely like bringing in some experienced guys that are pros and have been around.

I like the combination of new-age creativity on offense, and hard-nosed, veteran experience on defense. I'd be concerned if it was the other way around.

I like JDR as DC.  He's one of those guys that just works as a coordinator and not as a HC.  Knows his stuff.

Tobin says we want to get faster on defense. Cutting Michael Johnson is a step in the right direction. Great guy, but I feel like he's one of Marvin's remaining sore spots.

Johnson is a free agent.  No need to cut him.  Let him move into a front office role of some sort, or a coaching internship.
