He was just riding with the shooter. But he wasn't the triggerman. Hit was because Papi hit on a low level guys girlfriend, so he paid off a low rank beat cop to hit Ortiz. So a guy knowing of the crime and driving get away for the crime doesn't deserve his *** beat but the shooter does? This makes no sense. Stomp every person out involved as far as I'm concerned. I'm very pro vigilantism because justice is so bi-partisan and corrupt now in stable nations. I could only imagine what it's like in a 3rd world nation like DR. There’s no way a “drug lord” would bring that kind of heat on themselves of shooting the national hero of DR over something stupid like that. It was obviously some low level idiot.
