I have a few buddies who are more into Crypto than I am and they are really pushing a coin called Bonfire. It's only been around for a few weeks but it's had some strong growth and has allegedly insane potential. My friends would be millionaires if it even hit $0.001.

Good to know. It's not on Voyager yet but I'll keep an eye out.

I don't know anything about it but one of those friends was really big on something called casino coin which has made him well over $100,000 so he seems good with this stuff.

Where do you buy it at? I've got some expendable cash.

Just bought until DOGE ahead of Elon's SNL appearance. Might dump it immediately after.

Good luck. It sounds like a good play but after the 4/20 pump that never happened, I'm officially done with Doge. Every time there is a reason to invest in it, it never happens. Only on a random Tuesday at 6am will it boom lol

Once Doge gets to 1.5 dollars per I will consider dumping.

That would be 100,000 dollars after taxes for me at that point.

That’s enough to completely pay off my house or take care of my IRA contributions for the next 16 years or buy a new fixer upper house and pay it off in full.

Then I could live with missing out if it breaks economics and goes to 10 dollars.

There's something to be said for "life changing money" as opposed to the hope that you could have "filthy rich money" some day.

TBH, I can't see too many people really regretting that decision, being our age and either completely debt free/no mortgage, or 100% taken care of in their own IRA contributions for a good bulk of their remaining working life, or even having a 2nd house that you could rent out once you fixed it up.

Let's be honest, without a mortgage if you did option #1, you could still set that mortgage money aside into your IRA and probably still have some "screw it, I want to go to _________ for vacation this year" leftover money.

Or you could invest it all and compound it and have some "screw it, I'm retiring ______ years early" money.

Lots of good options, but then again, I'm conservative by nature and tend towards the "sure thing" route.

I just wish I had pulled the trigger a few years ago when the **** was .001 when I first started getting into crypto. I saw the coin, laughed, and remember thinking "I bet this worthless thing will be worth something b/c it's so dumb" and talked myself out of it lol.

I'm trying to get into XLM but Webull takes forever to get yours funds to be accessible. I found out they are partnering w/ Visa so I wanted to buy in a couple days ago.

Well you nailed it then lol Voyager's description of Doge is literally like "a fun coin that has a dog as a mascot and can be traded within the community".

XLM is on Voyager. That's what I use and love it, although it doesn't have some of the really small alt coins like that Bonfire one mentioned.

That is really funny that Voyager says that. I've never used it but feel like I should be now. I hate that I just signed up for Robinhood and Webull and don't know if I should get into Voyager right away. I want to keep my Crypto and stocks separate. I thought Robinhood had a lot more to offer in terms of Crypto they supported. Holy hell was I wrong.

I feel like I just need to bite the bullet and sign up for Voyager now as well and just ditch Webull. I dunno... so many damn options.
