It's down to 3 cents, but doesn't make sense to sell now. I'm hoping because it's only on etherdelta that once it moves to a real exchange that there will be a spike in price... NEO wasn't processing transactions for 2 hours, due to an issue with a node going down during consensus. Crypto needs more time before mass adoption because the tech wouldn't be able to handle it... Not that I believe in ICX more long term, but seems like a lot of people are talking about a big drop for NEO coming up. btw, another site that I like using now: https://onchainfx.com/ Only reason is because you can add a column which shows the % change from ATH...
