ramssuperbowl99
You probably need some Acuna in your day. Edited April 9, 2019 by ramssuperbowl99
hrubes20
So, we should probably start talking about how the White Sox system stacks up against the other historically good farm systems.

The gold standard is still the Royals a few years back right?
NewAge
Oh, this is smug.
NewAge
Because I want to post a gif, injury history is the only reason why Chris Flexen is not currently a top 100 prospect. He is #good. Edited July 20, 2017 by NewAge
NewAge
I don't know how this works yet. Edited July 20, 2017 by NewAge

mission27
And I don't think you can call the White Sox historic just because they grabbed the Yankees 4th and 10000000th best prospects tbf.

Or vintage Rays. It's either the Royals or the Cubs, IMO. Rays couldn't really touch those 2. Royals had a more well-rounded farm system, as they actually had some pitchers. But the Cubs had the highest concentration of top 25 prospects and overall number of prospects. But the White Sox are getting up there, depending on how well you like their pitchers (I personally don't love them). Moncada/Jimenez/Robert/Rutherford/Kopech/Cease/Hansen/Giolito/Lopez/Dunning/Adams/Fulmer (think he can still be a good reliever)/Burger I'm probably forgetting somebody, but the upside there is pretty ridiculous. Viewsfromthe206
Kyle Lewis, working his way back from tearing ACL, MCL, and LCL last year and banging his knee in the wall in his second game back hit his first HR for High A. Really hasn't missed a beat and the speed isn't lost so it seems.
NewAge
Well, here's the new reason why Flexen isn't a top 100 prospect. Edited July 24, 2017 by NewAge
NewAge
I've long been somewhat of a Dominic Smith hater but he just hit his 7th homer of July. 9 doubles this month too with only a 6:10 BB:K ratio.
JammerHammer21
Was just going through some box scores and saw that the Yankees had a kid in the GCL who was born in August of 2000, and I...
